The fund is owned and managed by The Cleveland Foundation* (the Nation’s oldest community foundation). Kelly personally grew the fund to approximately $17,000 since 2000, helping a wide spectrum of students.

Understanding Domestic Violence: Stop it Before it Starts
Our Mission:
To inform, enlighten and prepare women*:
- Who are ready to date or marry
- Who are in the early phases of dating
- Who are in an abusive relationship
We exist to confirm a woman’s beauty, brilliance, value, and worth. That they are smart, of sound mind, wisdom, and instinct. Most importantly, that they are whole and amazing with or without a partner.
Beyond outreach at women’s conferences, shelters, and facilities, KCM, INC will provide informational sessions and empowerment sessions designed to teach women the signs of toxic relationships, and offer support to disengage from abusive relationships.
Finally, KCM INC. will provide resources and support for those trapped financially. To support via time, talent or treasure, please click HERE
