About Kelly Chapman

Kelly Chapman is a speaker, author, recording artist, activist, former corporate executive, and entrepreneur. To follow her passion for empowering women, she recently joined Kegelbell The Vagina Gym™ as Executive Vice President of Business Development. Additionally, Chapman is an entrepreneur in the Food Industry. Recently, CNBC invited her to appear on “Restaurant Startup” as her “mac-O-licious” brand was featured on the TV show. The Reality Show Investor and Restaurateur Joe Bastianich labeled it “killer mac’n’cheese”

Previously, Chapman was Senior Vice President for The RLJ Companies, working with BET Founder Bob Johnson, and Director, Diversity Recruiting and Marketing at Microsoft Corporation. In these roles, she led strategic planning, recruiting, and branding initiatives to attract a diverse talent pool for employment opportunities. Under Chapman’s leadership, Microsoft’s www.youatmicrosoft.com won the coveted global “Webby” for Best Employment Website, and the function won the ERE award for Best Diversity Recruiting Program. Before that, she had over 10 years of sales and sales leadership experience in the telecommunications industry.

Her speaking requests include best practices in diversity recruiting and marketing, entrepreneurship, philanthropy, and corporate career success. Her passion is helping Women, Minorities, and Students achieve in business and Corporate America.

Featured in Money Magazine, Chapman is an avid philanthropist. She created the Wilma A. Chapman Scholarship Fund at the Cleveland Foundation in honor of her mother. The fund helps highly talented students who are diagnosed with mental illness, to succeed in college. Most recently, she founded the Kelly Chapman Ministries Mobile Pantry feeding low-income families in her hometown of Cleveland, Ohio. To-date over 20,000 people were fed. Finally, she leads a women’s empowerment group that supports the prevention of domestic violence and emotional abuse.

Chapman has an MBA from the JL Kellogg Graduate School of Management. Her daughter Natalie, is an actress in the National Tour “Spongebob the Musical.”
